About the role

About MediMeets

MediMeets is the central platform for digitizing German medical practices. We connect physicians with the right digital tools and support practice founders and successors with a structured digital onboarding process. Our goal: to increase practice establishment numbers and digitize the backbone of outpatient care. We are a four-person founder team plus medical advisor in pre-seed phase with a live product, based in Munich.

Your Role

As Founders Associate, you work directly with the founders on marketing, sales, and strategic development of MediMeets. You gain real responsibility from day one, direct founder access, and the opportunity to actively shape a young healthcare startup on its journey from pre-seed to seed round.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy with measurable sales and marketing activities
  • Build our sales pipeline: acquisition, outreach, initial conversations, and pre-sales with HealthTech providers, KV partners, and healthcare multipliers
  • Manage marketing and content for practices and providers (LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, events) and develop channels strategically
  • Build and maintain our CRM, manage lead tracking and reporting
  • Work on strategic projects directly with the CEO: market and competitive analysis, pitch decks, investor materials, seed round preparation
  • Conduct user interviews with physicians and providers, translate insights into product, sales, and marketing
  • Help build the team once we scale after the seed round

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a dynamic environment (consulting, VC, banking, startup, healthcare) or top degree with relevant internships
  • Analytical, structured work style with ability to execute from strategy to implementation
  • Strong interest in sales with ability to empathize with diverse stakeholders, from GPs to HealthTech executives
  • Clear and persuasive communication in German and fluent English
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, digitization, or B2B platforms
  • Comfortable with modern tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Notion, Google Workspace, ideally some experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor)
