About the role
About the Role
As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll help build the channel partner network, optimize top-of-funnel sales processes, and work hand-in-hand with the CEO to drive growth. You'll own real projects, inspire new partnerships, and help shape the future of contact exchange across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Build Partnerships: Own the development of channel partner sales with agencies and IT service providers.
- Drive Top of Funnel: Qualify and work inbound and outbound leads, create and refine sales documents, and join customer calls.
- Optimize Growth: Expand inbound channels and improve onboarding and user flows.
- Improve Onboarding: Make Spreadly even easier to use and manage for customers.
- Scale Processes: Help automate processes (with or without AI) so the team can focus on high-impact work.
- Work with the Founder: Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities in daily exchange.
Requirements
- Go-Getter Attitude: Excited to build something new and willing to take ownership.
- Bilingual Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
- Problem Solver: Address challenges pragmatically with a solution-oriented approach.
- Sales Affinity: Interest or experience in B2B SaaS, partnerships, or business development is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Thrive in ambiguity and work independently in a remote environment.
