Role

We are looking for a First Android Engineer (Future Lead) who will be the first Android developer in the direction and help us launch an Android app from scratch.

This is a role for someone who wants to not just write code, but build a mobile direction, make key technical decisions, influence architecture, delivery processes, and product development speed.

Responsibilities

• Create an Android app that goes to production
• Establish quality technical foundation and infrastructure for fast iteration
• Make key technical decisions on architecture and tools
• Focus on systemness: architecture, infrastructure, observability, release process
• Improve development speed and implement AI approaches in mobile development
• Collaborate with product owner, designer, iOS team, backend, and engineering leadership
