Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models for management decision-making
• Prepare management reports focused on key financial metrics and business results
• Analyze financial results and expenses, identify optimization opportunities
• Develop and improve budgeting, forecasting, and performance control processes
• Automate reporting processes and create new financial control and analytics tools
• Participate in developing financial infrastructure (ERP / FP&A tools)
• Support business and management with financial insights for decision-making

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in FMCG companies
• Strong analytical abilities and research skills with ability to identify root causes
