Role Summary
The Finance Director is responsible for the end-to-end financial management of a regulated payment institution operating in Brazil with both traditional banking and digital asset (crypto) activities. This role combines the responsibilities of a CFO within a Banco Central do Brasil regulated payment institution with the operational and financial oversight required for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP).
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial, accounting, treasury, regulatory reporting, and operational finance functions
- Ensure strict compliance with Brazilian banking regulations and emerging crypto regulatory frameworks
- Manage daily financial operations and payment flows
- Oversee fiat and crypto liquidity management
- Ensure integrity of financial operations
