Field Service Technician – Greensboro, NC

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician at Vivint Smart Home (an NRG company), you'll be the face of our brand, installing cutting-edge smart home technology while identifying and selling upgraded solutions to customers. This role combines technical expertise with sales opportunity, requiring both hands-on installation skills and consultative selling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems
• Consultative Sales: Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site
• Customer Education: Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families
