About the role
Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 Partnership Engagement Administrators, setting clear expectations and supporting performance, professional development, and team morale.
- Establish and execute territory growth strategies focused on partnership development, event opportunities, lead generation, student recruitment, and account expansion.
- Monitor key performance indicators including partnership exposures, leads, new business development, partnership growth, and student generation, using insights to improve results.
- Conduct regular group and one-on-one training, serving as a subject matter expert and strengthening team capabilities in advising, partnership engagement, and enrollment activities.
- Analyze territory trends on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and translate findings into actionable coaching, performance plans, and growth initiatives.
- Identify high-value prospects within assigned regions and develop partnership strategies that generate sustainable business and student enrollment opportunities.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing new team members using established processes and selection models.
- Provide coverage and operational support for territories affected by staffing transitions to maintain business continuity and performance.
- Represent the institution at national, regional, and state conferences and other relevant events as needed.
- Partner cross-functionally with Admissions, Registration, Marketing, Training and Development, and other teams to improve enrollment processes and the overall student experience.
- Ensure team activities comply with institutional policies, applicable federal and state regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, promote accountability and collaboration, and act as a trusted ambassador for students and the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in management, leadership, higher education, training, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of demonstrated experience managing a large geographic territory of outside development or partnership professionals, preferably within higher education.
- Proven experience leading teams, projects, or personnel toward measurable and successful outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of K–12 structures, schedules, and key partnership or engagement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology and business systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, Planner, Zoom, and Anthology.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while collaborating effectively across departments and within a virtual environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating under pressure, managing tight deadlines, and responding creatively to complex, time-sensitive challenges.
- A process-improvement mindset with demonstrated success implementing strategic initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong commitment to student satisfaction, anticipating student needs, and supporting positive educational outcomes.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust, maintain morale, provide constructive coaching, and drive accountability.

- Willingness and ability to travel as needed, up to approximately 50% of the time.
- For remote work, reliable internet connectivity is required, with minimum speeds of approximately 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

- Starting salary of $105,000, with offers varying based on education, experience, and expertise.
