About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, ABM programs, and digital initiatives tailored to regional audiences.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion.
- Event Management: Organize and execute regional events (virtual and in-person), including trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to optimize future initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field or regional marketing role.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of the North American market landscape and buyer personas.
- Experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within North America.
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
