Field & Team Orchestration

• Act as the primary support for four remote Field Marketing Managers
• Manage the lifecycle of swag inventory and event supplies
• Ensure day-to-day operations run without friction

Procurement & Legal Liaison

• Drive the end-to-end procurement process
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to shepherd contracts through approval
• Manage invoicing
