About This Role
Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Fertility Nurse based in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia who is fluent in Cantonese to support our members through virtual care services.
As a Maven provider, you will connect with members globally, helping scale access to high-quality healthcare. You will join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care. As we continue to expand across 175+ countries, we are growing our best-in-class global provider network.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual care, education, guidance, and support to individuals, couples, and families seeking fertility and reproductive health care, including:
- Educate members on fertility assessments, treatment options, and the overall fertility journey
- Explain common causes of infertility
- Advise members on questions to ask in-person providers, bridging language or cultural gaps
- Support members navigating between clinics, offering guidance on selecting the right facility
- Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
- Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone
Who You Are
- Currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with a valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory authority
