<ul>
<li>Identifying and qualifying new federal business opportunities in alignment with company capabilities and growth strategy.</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with federal agency stakeholders, system integrators, and teaming partners.</li>
<li>Leading capture and proposal efforts in coordination with internal technical and operational teams.</li>
<li>Monitoring government procurement portals (e.g., SAM.gov, SBIR.gov, etc.) and industry forecasts to proactively position for upcoming opportunities.</li>
<li>Representing the company at federal contracting and industry events, conferences, and meetings.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate and current pipeline data in CRM systems and provide regular opportunity and forecast updates to leadership.</li>
<li>Collaborating cross-functionally to shape offerings, pricing strategies, and win themes based on customer requirements.</li>
<li>Staying current on federal contracting trends, acquisition regulations, and market shifts affecting target agencies.</li>

<ul>
<li>Active U.S. government security clearance (Secret required; Top Secret highly preferred)</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in federal business development, sales, or capture management</li>
<li>Proven success identifying, qualifying, and winning federal contracts</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and government procurement lifecycles</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with federal customers and industry partners</li>
<li>Experience supporting capture strategies and teaming agreements for proposals and bids</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM tools and federal procurement platforms</li>
<li>Established network within DoD, SOCOM, intelligence community, and/or ISR</li>
<li>Must be permanently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship</li>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field</li>
<li>Prior experience with SBIR/STTR, OTA, or other non-traditional acquisition pathways</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI, data analytics, geospatial technologies, or national security-related services</li>
<li>Experience working with early-stage or high-growth technology companies selling into government</li>
<li>Strong understanding of compliance requirements and security-related constraints in federal engagements</li>
<li>Based in or able to work from the Washington, DC metro area</li>
