We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport either on their mobile phones, from a ticket machine, or even by tapping their bank card to travel. Our Justride platform is used in over 250 locations globally, including some of the largest cities in the world. With our industry-first mobile ticketing SDK, we’ve partnered with large players in the transport space, including Uber, Moovit and Transit. Your own journey is important to us too. Choosing a role here means joining a network of innovators from all walks of life; a group of passionate individuals who consistently deliver. Here, you’ll find the tools you need to build the career you want.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to work closely with our CEO and support the Operating Group. This role sits at the centre of how our leadership team works, helping bring clarity, focus, and follow-through across a fast-moving, global environment. This is a high-trust partnership role. You’ll work closely with the CEO to manage priorities, stay on top of what matters, and make sure conversations turn into clear actions and steady progress. You’ll help keep the Operating Group aligned, organised, and moving in the same direction. You’ll bring structure and calm to a distributed leadership team across the UK and North America. At times that means coordinating and keeping things on track. At other times it means stepping in, joining the dots, and helping unblock things so work can move forward. This isn’t just about support. It’s about using good judgement, being comfortable pushing when needed, and taking ownership of follow-through. Success in this role comes from creating clarity, keeping momentum, and making sure important work doesn’t stall at leadership level.

Location

This role is available for candidates based in London or the surrounding areas. It is primarily remote, with the expectation of attending our London office a couple of times per quarter. This is a part-time role, typically working four days per week. There may be some flexibility to structure this as three longer days for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Create clarity and momentum – Prepare agendas and materials for key forums including Operating Group meetings, Board sessions, and All Hands. Translate discussions into clear actions, owners, and timelines, and ensure follow-through happens. Proactively track progress, follow up with senior stakeholders, and step in to unblock when things stall or ownership is unclear.
  • Shape priorities and project focus – Manage complex, multi time zone calendars for the CEO and wider Operating Group, balancing competing priorities with sound judgement. Actively shape how executive time is used, focusing on what drives the most impact. Challenge and redirect requests where needed to protect focus and align with company priorities.
  • Support high trust and sensitive work – Own investor-facing activities and support sensitive initiatives, including board preparation and potential M&A work. Ensure materials are clear, accurate, and delivered on time, with strong alignment across contributors. Handle confidential information with care and act as a calm, reliable presence in high-stakes situations.
  • Connect a global team – Build strong, trusted relationships across teams in the UK and North America. Bridge time zones and communication styles, ensuring decisions and priorities are clearly understood. Help maintain alignment across the Operating Group, reducing friction and keeping work moving forward.
  • Operational excellence – Spot gaps in how the leadership team works and take the lead in improving them. Introduce simple, effective ways to track actions, improve communication.
