• Provide daily support to e-commerce entrepreneurs via phone, email, and Zoom for accounting-related issues
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving solutions
• Work closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High self-motivation and results-oriented mindset with SMART goals
• Experience using DATEV (mandatory requirement)
• Interest in digitalization of the accounting industry
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented work approach
• Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first environment
• Fluent in German and English
