About the Role
Base Salary: $115-$180K*
Location: Remote (USA)
Kalepa is hiring an Events Manager to build and scale a high-impact events program that drives pipeline and revenue.
This is a newly created role with full ownership: turning events into a measurable, repeatable source of pipeline and revenue. You will design and execute a strategy focused on highly curated, senior-level engagement with target accounts - including private dinners, roundtables, conferences, and more.
