• Responsible for the planning and execution of esports tournaments for shooting game products
• Based on product highlights, features, and release timelines, design online and offline tournament operation plans
• Build the official and third-party tournament ecosystem from the ground up and ensure effective implementation
• Develop and manage tournament partnership ecosystems and create diverse tournament content
