Accountabilities:

• • Monitor the performance of brands within the feminine fragrance portfolio, developing detailed analyses and performance reports to support decision-making and strategic adjustments.
  • Work closely with key cross-functional areas, including brand, category, demand management, finance, and commercial channels, ensuring alignment of priorities and initiatives.
  • Provide relevant analytical insights and contribute to strategic planning materials, including channel and category strategic planning.
  • Monitor operational plans and recommend adjustments to promotional calendars, commercial actions, and market initiatives based on business performance.
  • Support governance and efficient management of commercial budgets, ensuring resources are allocated according to business priorities.
  • Manage agendas and business cycles across multiple brands, prioritizing efforts objectively according to market needs, performance, and strategic opportunities.
  • Translate market and performance fluctuations into pragmatic recommendations that support sustainable business growth and achievement of targets.

  Requirements:

  • Completed higher education.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience handling large volumes of complex data and transforming them into objective, insightful, and actionable analyses.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Vizlo, and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop pragmatic action plans in challenging and highly competitive business environments.
  • Strong organization and discipline in managing metrics, targets, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
  • Proactive approach and strong sense of ownership for the brands and business areas under your responsibility.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, connect different stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
