About the role
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for collections solutions serving business customers, aligning customer needs with financial and operational objectives.
- Map the complete delinquency journey, from preventive collections through negotiation, agreement, payment, and debt regularization.
- Identify opportunities to improve collection channels, customer communications, negotiation strategies, payment methods, and overall recovery experiences.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact, financial results, operational efficiency, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.
- Define product hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment plans, monitoring results from tests, launches, and continuous improvements.
- Use data and performance indicators to identify opportunities, diagnose complex problems, and support product decisions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on priorities, expected outcomes, dependencies, and next steps.
- Apply agile product practices, including discovery, roadmap management, prioritization, and iterative delivery.
- Support project management activities, including planning, timeline tracking, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven experience managing or evolving digital products, preferably within collections, credit, financial services, payments, or related environments.
- Strong understanding of delinquency journeys, debt negotiation, collections strategies, and credit recovery processes.
- Ability to work with data, business indicators, performance analyses, and product metrics to make informed decisions.
- Experience with agile methodologies, product discovery, backlog prioritization, and roadmap management.
- Familiarity with product management and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex information into practical product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across multidisciplinary teams and competing priorities.
- Experience or working knowledge of project management, including planning, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Courses or certifications in product management, project management, or agile methodologies are considered a plus.
