<p data-path-to-node="7">We are seeking an <strong data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="18">Epicor Financial Implementation Consultant</strong> to guide our clients through their ERP transformations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex manufacturing accounting workflows and Epicor technology. You will lead client-facing workshops, configure financial modules, and ensure successful go-lives.</p>

<h3 data-path-to-node="9"><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Client Advisory & Workshop Facilitation:</strong> Lead discovery sessions, gather business requirements, map current-to-future state processes, and advise clients on industry best practices.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Full-Lifecycle Implementation:</strong> Actively participate in all project phases for Epicor Financial modules—from system design and configuration to data migration, UAT testing, user training, and post-go-live support.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Core Financial & Cost Accounting Setup:</strong> Configure General Ledger (GL), AP/AR, Multi-Company/Intercompany setups, and manufacturing Cost Accounting (standard costing, WIP tracking, variance analysis).</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Tax & Integrations:</strong> Assist with transactional tax setup and third-party integrations (e.g., Avalara / Epicor Tax Connect) where applicable.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Change Management & Training:</strong> Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (Controllers, CFOs, Finance Teams) to drive user adoption and system optimization.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="13"><strong data-path-to-node="13" data-index-in-node="0">1. Epicor Expertise (E10 or Kinetic)</strong></p>

<ul data-path-to-node="14">

<p data-path-to-node="14,0,0">Proven hands-on experience with <strong data-path-to-node="14,0,0" data-index-in-node="32">Epicor 10 or Epicor Kinetic</strong> Financial modules.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p data-path-to-node="14,1,0">Deep understanding of financial workflows within a manufacturing or distribution environment.</p>

</li>

<p data-path-to-node="15"><strong data-path-to-node="15" data-index-in-node="0">2. Implementation Experience</strong></p>

<p data-path-to-node="16,0,0">Direct involvement in <strong data-path-to-node="16,0,0" data-index-in-node="22">Epicor ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects</strong> (as an external consultant or an internal Lead/Super User).</p>

<p data-path-to-node="16,1,0">Solid grasp of cost accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS, and financial reporting.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="17"><strong data-path-to-node="17" data-index-in-node="0">3. Strong Client-Facing & Consulting Skills</strong></p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,0,0">Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to translate technical ERP concepts for non-technical business users).</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,1,0">Proven ability to manage client expectations, challenge inefficient processes diplomatically, and drive projects forward.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="21,0,0">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="21,1,0">Experience in an external consulting firm or as a dedicated internal ERP Lead/Super User.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="21,2,0">CPA, CMA, or official Epicor certifications are strong assets.</p>
