Enterprise Applications Engineer
About the role
About Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to join our Enterprise Technologies team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, reliability, and continuous improvement of our collaboration application ecosystem - including (but not limited to) Atlassian Cloud, Slack, Zoom, and other business collaboration SaaS platforms including AI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Security, Compliance, and business teams) to ensure our collaboration tools remain secure, well-governed, integrated, and aligned with organisational needs. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on SaaS administration experience who enjoys automation, integrations, platform governance, and driving adoption across a modern enterprise stack.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Administer, configure, and maintain collaboration and productivity SaaS platforms, including Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Assets, Statuspage), Slack, Zoom, and adjacent tools as needed.
- Own platform reliability and operational health: monitoring, incident response, problem management, and continuous improvement (runbooks, SLAs/SLOs where applicable).
- Design and manage Jira/JSM configurations (workflows, automation rules, custom fields, request types, SLAs, portals, permission schemes) aligned to organizational standards.
- Manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions, ensuring consistent governance and information architecture across departments.
