Enterprise Account Executive, Mining
About the role
THE ROLE
We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused Enterprise Account Executive to lead growth across the Mining and Resources sector. This role will focus on selling Everpure’s data management and storage infrastructure solutions to some of Australia’s largest and most complex mining organisations and will be responsible for driving long-term growth across key mining accounts, developing multi-year account strategies, and helping customers address complex data challenges across their environments.
You will own a portfolio of accounts, develop 3–5 year account strategies, and work closely with customers to align Everpure’s technology with their operational, analytical, and cyber-resilience priorities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Account Executive, you will:
Strategic Account Ownership
- Develop and execute multi-year (3–5 year) account plans aligned to customer business objectives, capital programs, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities within net-new mining accounts, and own and drive sales plans to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets across those accounts.
- Drive opportunity identification, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting across the territory.
Industry & Technical Leadership
- Build a strong understanding of mining industry challenges and trends, including IT/OT convergence, remote operations, safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong technical and business acumen across data management, enterprise storage, cyber-security, analytics, and data resilience.
- Understand mining budget cycles, procurement frameworks, and vendor management strategies, and navigate them effectively.
- Articulate the impact of AI and advanced analytics within mining use cases such as exploration, processing optimisation, automation, and predictive maintenance.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, operational stakeholders, and procurement teams across mining organisations.
- Position yourself as a strategic advisor, aligning Everpure’s outcomes to customer business and operational priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills and ability to create and cultivate long term relationships with customers and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling executive-level presentations, proposals, and business cases that clearly articulate value and ROI.
Commercial Execution
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures in line with Everpure’s commercial frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Channel Partners, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, ideally within infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience selling to the Mining and/or Energy industry.
