We're currently looking for a new member of our English Screening Team. In this hourly, remote engagement, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for applicants entering the Toptal network. Your ability to communicate clearly, assess candidates effectively, and create a positive experience will play a key role in maintaining Toptal's high talent bar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct English screening assessments through live interviews and recorded video submissions, evaluating candidates' English proficiency, professionalism, as well as their overall fit for the Toptal network
• Provide notes and documentation after each interview
• Guide candidates through the screening process and ensure a smooth and positive experience
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on screening standards and processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of screening workflows and candidate experience

What to Expect
