The infrastructure teams provide efficient and optimized infrastructure for Stripe to build secure, reliable and differentiated products, while enabling teams to achieve their highest potential. We work to enable Stripe's teams to have the most productive results from their first days through years of developing new systems and products.

What You'll Do

As a Program Manager within the Infrastructure team, you will work across our portfolio of programs with a focus on cross-cutting programs for IT and work tracking solutions at Stripe. You'll partner with engineering teams to shape and build the future of Corporate Technology at Stripe, including:

• Automating workflows, creating self-service opportunities or implementing agentic solutions
• New system implementations (e.g. RFPs, Data Migration)
• Deprecation and consolidation of low-usage SaaS productivity tools
• Mergers & Acquisitions (integrating acquired companies' internal systems with ours)
• Security, Audit, and Compliance programs
• Scaling org processes such as our Program Delivery Lifecycle
• Upleveling how we track Key Results, Program updates, and generally align work across the products at Stripe

Responsibilities

• Define and produce high quality written proposals, communications and documentation
• Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to achieve goals with well defined success criteria
• Help influence peers and stakeholders and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
• Lead program status reviews and prepare regular stakeholder and executive communications
• Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional project teams to deadlines through proactive management of blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and risks
• Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders across Stripe
• Propose, refine and implement process improvements and drive efficiencies across Corporate Technology
• Effectively manage change, shift gears comfortably, and decide and act without having the total picture
