Lead a team of 6+ exceptional software engineers on Mercury's Accounting product engineering team. Help close the gap between fragmented financial data and real-time insights by enabling businesses to connect their financial software to Mercury, configure auto-categorization, and identify outliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6+ exceptional software engineers, growing the team through performance management, mentorship, and hiring
• Contribute to a team culture that aligns to Mercury's values
• Help define technical architecture for ingesting financial data from hundreds of sources and streaming them to Mercury's accounting service
• Work closely with design and product teams

About the Team

The Accounting product engineering team enables real-time insights for businesses using Mercury by allowing them to connect other financial software, configure auto-categorization, and identify inaccuracies. By closing the books in real-time, businesses get a live picture of their finances rather than a lagging one.
