In this Engineering Manager role, you will oversee a team of software engineers across our remote organization. You’ll be accountable for execution across the full software development lifecycle, setting clear expectations, driving delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You’ll develop engineers through direct feedback, technical leadership, and performance management, while maintaining a strong focus on output, reliability, and scalability. This role plays a critical part in advancing our engineering standards, technical direction, and delivery discipline. You will partner closely with leadership to translate business priorities into execution, remove obstacles, and make hard decisions when needed to keep the team moving forward. This role reports directly to the CEO.
