About the Role

The Podcast Mission develops strategies and builds products that serve creators and listeners interested in podcast and video content. Within this mission, the Megatron squad sits in the Creator and Publisher Experience product area. This team owns core analytics surfaces across Spotify for Creators and Megaphone, helping creators better understand their audiences and grow their shows.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering initiatives, from early scoping through launch and iteration
• Partner closely with Product and Design to shape a technically sound and achievable roadmap
• Support your team in delivering high-impact work by removing blockers and improving team processes over time
• Empower engineers to deliver impactful work
