Engineering Manager II - Analytics Platform

About the Role

The Platform team creates the technology that enables Spotify to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in users and business around the globe. You'll join the Learning Infrastructure Studio, a critical part of Spotify's Platform mission, building foundational infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers data science work at Spotify.

What You'll Do

• Lead, grow, and support a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, psychological safety, and continuous learning
• Set technical direction and partner closely with senior engineers to evolve learning platforms
• Partner deeply with product managers and technical leads to shape the roadmap and ensure engineering perspective is present from strategy through to delivery
• Drive delivery of high-impact initiatives, balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability
• Foster a strong engineering culture grounded in inclusion, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor engineers, helping them develop their technical and leadership skills
