Calendly's Foundational Product Capabilities organization is the backbone of how we build secure, reliable, and intelligent products at scale. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Trust & Safety (T&S) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering teams — the groups responsible for keeping our platform safe, secure, & compliant.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead both Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Trust & Safety engineering teams
• Design, develop, and maintain Identity, AuthN and AuthZ services that empower engineering teams
• Ensure scalability, resiliency, and performance of security systems
• Oversee Trust & Safety efforts and build capabilities for fraud prevention and abuse mitigation
• Implement compliance requirements through automated, real-time threat detection
