As an Engineering Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and improving current systems while designing and implementing new ones
• Uphold a high-quality standard in the backend stack in collaboration with other teams
• Deliver well-tested and scalable solutions
• Collaborating with customers and business teams to translate requirements into technical documentation and architectural drawings
• Monitoring systems and optimizing their performance and reliability
• Mentoring and guiding junior members of the team and participating in the interviewing process
