Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of engineers building tools, pipelines, and workflows that every Phantom engineer and AI agent depends on—spanning CI/CD, local/preview dev environments, code review tooling, and AI coding infrastructure
• Provide thoughtful technical leadership on developer productivity, paved paths, and AI-assisted engineering
• Support your team and the broader engineering organization in making diligent architectural decisions about how code gets written, reviewed, and shipped
• Collaborate with engineers and engineering leadership to turn the DevEx vision into a tangible roadmap grounded in developer productivity and satisfaction signals
• Foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire and treat internal engineers as customers whose feedback drives what gets built

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years full-time software engineering experience
• Proven track record leading high-output teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Nice-to-Have

• 1+ years of experience with a blockchain-based product
