About the role
Challenges that await you:
- Lead the team across hiring, planning, task decomposition, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration
- Own and drive the development of an AI-powered product from concept to production
- Ensure strong team performance and reliable, on-time delivery aligned with product and business goals
- Partner closely with Product, Data, and AI teams to build impactful, user-centric solutions
- Tackle complex technical and product challenges while maintaining high engineering quality standards
- Shape the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend services and integrations
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams (hiring, development, performance, and delivery management)
- Proven experience leading teams in AI, ML, or data-driven engineering environments
- Strong technical background with hands-on development experience and the ability to validate technical decisions
- Experience building AI-powered, user-facing products (e.g., assistants, recommendations, or intelligent features) where interaction logic and product paradigms are still evolving
- Ability to translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical solutions and priorities, especially for AI-driven features like a Financial Assistant
- Strong cross-team communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product, Data, AI, and business stakeholders
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team
