About the role
Accountabilities
- Onboard private-equity-backed customers and guide finance teams through the implementation and adoption of core FP&A workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for customers as they expand their use of the platform.
- Develop a strong understanding of each customer's financial infrastructure, processes, requirements, and business priorities.
- Identify adoption gaps and proactively drive increased usage across the assigned customer portfolio.
- Support workflows including financial reporting, budgeting, headcount planning, and other FP&A processes.
- Manage multiple customers, projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams, helping influence future platform improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and contribute to more consistent, scalable, and repeatable implementations.
- Take ownership of customer challenges, proactively identify issues, and drive solutions without waiting for detailed direction.
- 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, strategic finance, private equity, or a related finance function within a PE-backed company or investment fund.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and working confidently with complex financial data.
- Solid understanding of FP&A processes and the ability to translate financial requirements into practical technology-enabled workflows.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with finance professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality, initiative, and ability to independently identify and resolve problems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment with distributed teams.
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth technology company is a plus.
- Ability to combine financial expertise with a customer-focused, consultative approach.

- For LATAM-based employees, compensation is listed at US$72,000–US$114,000, depending on level and experience.
