In this role, you'll manage rebate processing workflows, identify and resolve challenges, support invoicing and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive successful program outcomes.

This position is a remote opportunity, but applicants must reside in the Pittsburgh, PA Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver assigned rebate program projects or project elements to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Assist with the development of work plans, sets milestones and interim deadlines, tracks task progress, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor rebate application queues to validate accurate and timely processing.
• Escalate program challenges and risks to Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors, or Directors as appropriate.
• Prepare and coordinate invoicing and monthly reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to internal leadership and external clients.
