Email Marketing Specialist
The Email Marketing Specialist will report to the Manager, Global Database Marketing and serve as an integral member of the email marketing team. This role is responsible for building, testing, scheduling, deploying, optimizing, and reporting on B2B email campaigns (from newsletters to event communications), while also collaborating closely with an external Marketing Agency by managing requests for asset creation (emails and landing pages), coordinating timelines, and ensuring campaigns are deployed successfully. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and a deep understanding of best practices, paired with the technical skills to hand-code responsive email templates. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role that requires strong attention to detail, project management ability, and a passion for delivering excellent digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Operate directly in Marketo to manage targeting, campaign building, QA, and scheduling for one-time and triggered email sends
- Work with the Marketing Agency: managing requests, coordinate their work on building emails and landing pages, align on timelines and requirements, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and internal approvals.
