About the Company
Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company developing mobile and web applications with a global audience in Health & Wellness, Mental Health, Astrology, AI, Utilities, Parental Control, and an R&D center. We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager for our data intelligence team that builds data search & intelligence services for the global B2C market.
What to Expect
- Fully own the email channel and influence key product metrics
- Work in a product team that treats the email marketer as an expert in their domain
- Participate in developing multiple products with a global audience
- Build systematic product communication with users
- Independently shape email marketing approaches and scale the channel
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with ESP platforms (Customer.io, Sendgrid, Wooxy or similar)
- Experience launching marketing and trigger email campaigns, automated flows, and lifecycle communications
- Ability to segment user bases and build personalized communications
- Set up, run, and analyze A/B tests
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, and domain reputation management
- Experience working with large worldwide contact databases
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates
- Understanding of the user lifecycle and retention strategies
- Experience with transactional or service email communications
- English B2+ level
- Proactive, autonomous decision-making and ownership of results
- Effective team collaboration and trust-building
Nice to Have
- Experience with global B2C products
- Experience interacting with support teams or client communications
- Understanding of acquisition marketing and lifecycle communications
Responsibilities
- Participate in migrating email communications to Customer.io, set up and launch campaigns and automated lifecycle communications
- Create and optimize marketing and trigger chains, automated flows
- Build audience segmentation and lifecycle communication with users
- Run A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data
- Control email deliverability, domain reputation, and key email metrics
- Work with transactional, service, and billing emails
- Implement email strategy together with marketing, product, and development teams
- Take responsibility for the email channel as a key communication channel with users
