Email Marketing Assistant - Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience REQUIRED

Accountabilities:

• • Build and support emails and newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support email marketing and digital communication activities.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Digital & Social Media function.
  • Manage and coordinate calendaring activities and related administrative workflows.
  • Support budget tracking and help maintain accurate operational information.
  • Assist with purchase order (PO) processes and related administrative activities.
  • Support intranet postings and internal communication updates.
  • Maintain and manage distribution lists as needed.
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across digital, administrative, and team enablement activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members within a large corporate environment.

  Requirements

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is required.
  • Hands-on familiarity with building emails and newsletters within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Previous experience supporting operations within a large-company environment is required.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively with calendars, budgets, purchase orders, intranet content, distribution lists, and other administrative processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational information.
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work within established processes and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced corporate environment.
