About the Role

The next generation of automotive technicians is being trained right now — in trade schools, technical colleges, and vocational programs across the country. Our mission is simple: when those students walk into their first shop, Tekmetric should already be the platform they know. We're building a direct pipeline from the classroom to the workforce, and this role is at the center of that effort.

This is a zero-to-one role. There is no existing playbook, no established process, and no template to follow — that's the opportunity. You'll be building the foundation of Tekmetric's education program from scratch, alongside our field rep and VP of Business Development. The strategy will shift as we learn. Priorities will reorder.
