4+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology, with direct
hands-on experience managing data through the EDRM lifecycle

Experience developing or delivering training, documentation, or enablement content for
legal audiences

Comfort collaborating with engineering or product teams to track and interpret feature
releases

Experience with LMS platforms, video production tools, and structured learning asset
formats is a plus

Capabilities

Subject matter depth: you understand how Syllo's eDiscovery features work and can
explain them plainly to legal users

Communication: you adapt your register for the audience in front of you
