Product Planning & Strategy

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for our structured product suite. Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements to identify new product opportunities and set a winning go-to-market strategy.

Product Design & Execution

Design product rules, yield structures, and parameter configurations (e.g., strike price, APR, tenor). Translate user needs into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and work with quant and risk teams to ensure crypto products are priced competitively and operate within acceptable risk parameters.

Operational Support & Growth

Act as the product expert for operations and marketing teams. Develop comprehensive launch plans, including user education materials and promotional campaigns.
