Your mission
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations on Zalando (zDirect), including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions
- Listing Excellence: Oversee product creation and listing optimization, ensuring all data is accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with Zalando requirements
- Account Health: Monitor and maintain account health and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with platform policies and resolving operational issues
- Content & Marketing: Create and manage high-quality brand content to enhance product visibility and improve customer engagement and conversion rates
- Case Management: Handle communication and support cases with Zalando partner support to resolve technical or fulfillment issues efficiently
- Marketplace Trends: Maintain understanding of European e-commerce landscape, focusing on Zalando’s and Otto’s algorithm changes, category trends, and best practices
- Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee storage and fulfillment processes (Partner Program / Connected Retail), monitoring inbound shipments, restocking, and inventory performance
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance and Buy Box competition, implementing data-driven strategies to increase sales and market share

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketplace metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Meticulous Work Ethic: Ensures product data and attributes are managed with high attention to detail
- Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally with platform support teams and internal stakeholders
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and proactive approach, especially with technical platform issues
