Your mission

• Platform Management: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations on Zalando (zDirect), including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions
• Listing Excellence: Oversee product creation and listing optimization, ensuring all data is accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with Zalando requirements
• Account Health: Monitor and maintain account health and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with platform policies and resolving operational issues
• Content & Marketing: Create and manage high-quality brand content to enhance product visibility and improve customer engagement and conversion rates
• Case Management: Handle communication and support cases with Zalando partner support to resolve technical or fulfillment issues efficiently
• Marketplace Trends: Maintain understanding of European e-commerce landscape, focusing on Zalando’s and Otto’s algorithm changes, category trends, and best practices
• Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee storage and fulfillment processes (Partner Program / Connected Retail), monitoring inbound shipments, restocking, and inventory performance
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance and Buy Box competition, implementing data-driven strategies to increase sales and market share
