Role

Dynamics 365 Consultant & Engineer with career ambitions. You'll take on challenging projects implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients while developing your leadership and strategic consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations)
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Develop customizations and extensions (customizing & development)
• Realize integrations with other systems (APIs, Azure Services)
• Contribute to architecture decisions and bring best practices
• Gradually take on responsibility for projects or specific areas

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years full-time experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM / ERP
• Solid experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions
• Strong development skills (C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform)
• Ideally experience with Azure and modern integration architectures
• Understanding of business processes and ability to map them technically
• Strong communication skills and not shy about reaching out
• Growth mindset with continuous improvement mentality
