What you’ll do

You're the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers – handling their questions around orders, returns, products, and their overall shopping experience. In detail:

• Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch
• Order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries
• Providing product information and shopping advice
• Accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system
• Close collaboration with your team and Team Lead
