Responsibilities

You are the creative interface between expert knowledge and digital visibility. Your mission: to make our brand shine online.

• Social Media & Community: You manage our accounts on LinkedIn, X, Bluesky and Reddit. You have your finger on the pulse of the times, post exciting updates and exchange ideas with the community – whether in a business context or in deep-dives into subreddits.
• Blog Optimization & SEO: Our subject matter experts provide the technical input – you turn it into gold! You take the posts from our professionals and prepare them together with our external SEO agency so they shine on Google. Close and cordial collaboration with the experts is guaranteed.
• Content Interface: You ensure that the wealth of knowledge from our company is perfectly prepared for each platform and that the agency's strategies are directly implemented.

Requirements

• Feel for Language: You love refining texts and bringing expert input into a modern, readable style – from serious LinkedIn posts to casual Reddit comments.
• Platform Knowledge: You understand the different cultures on LinkedIn, X, Bluesky and know how to navigate Reddit without appearing as pure advertising.
• Team Player Mentality: You enjoy exchanging ideas with our subject matter experts and have fun achieving the best results together.
• Interest in SEO: You don't need to be a pro yet – our external agency will coach you on how to strategically optimize technical articles.
• Attitude: You are open-minded, enjoy working independently from your home office and bring a good dose of positive energy.
