About the role

Your Mission

  • End-to-End DTC Performance Analytics
    • You own and evolve DTC performance analysis across traffic, conversion, revenue and customer behavior
    • You identify key drivers of growth across promotions, CRO, marketing channels and product portfolio
    • You translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Channel, Attribution & Commercial Impact
    • You analyze and quantify the impact of all channels (e.g. paid, TikTok Shop, organic, TV)
    • You assess channel interactions, overlaps and incrementality
    • You enable better budget allocation and investment decisions
  • Cross-Functional Business Analytics
    • You support key commercial questions beyond marketing
    • You analyze portfolio performance (e.g. product mix, innovation impact)
    • You evaluate promotion effectiveness
    • You support market and channel expansion decisions
    • You work closely with Performance, Influencer Marketing, CRM, eCommerce and PLM teams
  • Content & Creative Performance Insights
    • You analyze which content, formats and creators drive performance
    • You connect creative output to business impact (conversion, revenue)
    • You enable data-driven optimization of content and campaign strategies
  • Data Infrastructure, Automation & AI
    • You build scalable reporting and analytics frameworks for the DTC team
    • You reduce dependency on BI through structured, self-serve insights
    • You leverage AI and automation to improve speed, quality and scalability of analysis
    • You identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across DTC
  • Structure, Playbooks & Best Practices
    • You introduce structured ways of working (e.g. analysis frameworks, testing approaches, reporting standards)
    • You bring external best practices from leading DTC / eCommerce companies
    • You ensure analytical work is repeatable, scalable and decision-oriented

Your Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, data, or performance marketing, ideally within DTC or ecommerce environments
  • You demonstrate a proven ability to translate data into business impact and decision-making, leveraging modern tools and AI where relevant
  • You have experience working with analytics and data tools (e.g. SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar)
  • You have experience with attribution, incrementality and performance analysis across channels
