Role Overview
As Director of Strategy & Operations, you'll be the engine behind Oura's biggest growth and investment decisions. You'll lead the analytical and strategic work that identifies new markets and deliver the business cases that shape resource allocation across the company. You will act as the strategic tip of the spear for the organization — turning ambiguity into conviction and conviction into action at a company defining the future of health.
Work Environment
This is a remote US role. Oura has offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Employees in other major cities occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.
