Role Overview
The Director of Strategic Operations is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the core of how Habitat operates. This role is responsible for driving Habitat’s operating model and bringing structured, strategic thinking to our highest priority, cross-functional initiatives. You will own the end-to-end launch process for new PACE centers, facilitate effective change management across the enterprise, and build the execution infrastructure that will enable Habitat to grow at scale.
This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with the rigor of a consultant and the urgency of an operator, and can move seamlessly between strategic design and hands-on delivery. This individual and their team will drive effective and efficient maturation of Habitat’s operating model.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations
- Center Launch Readiness: Own the end-to-end launch process for new PACE centers, ensuring operational readiness and successful execution.
- Facilitate effective change management across the enterprise.
- Build execution infrastructure to support scaling of operations.
- Drive structured, strategic thinking on cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to mature Habitat’s operating model.
