About the role
Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Medical Affairs, the Director or Senior Director, Medical Communications and Capabilities will drive the overarching medical communications strategy and execution including content development, education, and awareness initiatives across molecules and specified disease states. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams in the development, management, and execution of core medical communications deliverables including insight collections initiatives, publications, scientific platforms, internal and external content, congress plans, and scientific / digital communication plans. The Director or Senior Director, Medical Communications and Capabilities will have individual responsibility for medical communications and be a direct contributor to building the medical affairs function at the company.
Note: This position can be hybrid in San Diego, CA or South San Francisco, CA or fully remote anywhere in the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution for the medical communications function at ERASCA including content, education, and awareness initiatives across molecules and specified disease states.
- Lead and partner with key stakeholders on development of insight collection initiatives and publications.
