About the role
Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Craft and execute innovative strategies to lead the end-to-end design of compensation plans for sellers across all GTM channels, ensuring Engine stays ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to act as the "connective thread" between Sales, Finance, HR, Legal and Revenue Operations to align plan designs and quotas and deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
- Lead the governance plan policies, managing true-ups, exceptions, and the terms and conditions of sales contracts to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional support and insights to our clients, ensuring every interaction with Engine exceeds expectations by serving as a strategic consultant to senior GTM and Sales Finance leaders, translating complex comp data into actionable business insights.

- Experience: Extensive leadership years of hands-on experience in global sales incentive design within the tech/SaaS industry.
- Skills: You’re a problem-solver with top tier analytical skillset: expert-level modeling and the ability to manage large-scale data infrastructure, and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
