Director, Program Management (Commercial)
About the role
About the Role
This Director, Program Management role exists to enable strong decision-making, align strategic intent to executable priorities, and ensure the business is investing its time, talent, and capital where it matters most. Operating at an enterprise level, the Director partners closely with senior Commercial and Marketing leaders to shape portfolio direction, guide investment and sequencing decisions, and provide transparency into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Rather than managing day-to-day execution, this role leads through Business Portfolio Managers and Project Managers, setting direction, reinforcing discipline, and intervening when scale, risk, or complexity require senior leadership. This is an opportunity for a strategic PMO leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and execution enablement—someone motivated by building trust, enabling outcomes, and scaling impact through others.
