The Role
Zeta is building its mobile capabilities into a core CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) vertical as part of a broader shift toward Athena-powered, AI-driven conversational engagement. The Mobile & Conversational Messaging Product Lead will define and scale Zeta's strategy across SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Mobile Push, while leading the buildout of a next-generation Conversational Messaging Platform—natively powered by Athena as the intelligence layer and integrated into Zeta's unified infrastructure and identity spine.
