We're hiring a Director, Product Analytics to lead the Lending analytics team and help shape one of Chime's most critical growth areas. You'll set the strategy for how analytics supports lending products and partner closely with leaders across Product, Risk, Finance, and Engineering to drive high-impact decisions. You'll operate across both strategy and execution—ensuring responsible expansion of access to liquidity while improving member financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of managers and senior analysts, setting a high bar for analytical rigor, thought partnership, and business impact
- Own the analytics strategy for Chime's Lending portfolio, supporting products across credit, liquidity, underwriting, and repayment
- Partner closely with Product, Risk, Finance, and Strategy leaders to influence roadmaps, investment decisions, and risk trade-offs
- Drive experimentation strategy as a senior thought partner to Product, ensuring tests are well-designed and insights are translated into scalable impact
- Define and evolve north star metrics, dashboards, and operating cadences that provide visibility into portfolio performance, unit economics, and member outcomes
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives that inform decision-making
- Bring external perspective and best practices in fintech and analytics to continuously raise the bar for the team
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, with strong experience managing managers and/or senior ICs in fintech, consumer tech, or other data-rich environments
- Proven track record of owning analytics for a major product area and influencing cross-functional strategy and decision-making
- Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference
